My approach to wellness is to experiment, embrace challenges, learn and keep improving. A person trying to take care of themselves in order to live, create and travel better.
What matters to me?
What matters to me is having the energy to raise children, travel, build things, think, love, sell, create and reach the end of the day without feeling like a truck ran over me.
So I experiment. Cold water in the lake every morning. Challenges. Measurement. Apps. Whoop. Apple Watch. Walks. Training. German routines that sometimes last a long time and sometimes die with dignity on day nine.
I'm trying to understand my own energy: which activities lift me up, which ones drain me, which habits are real and which were just enthusiasm with good typography.
